The Time
zones section allows you to set an offset in hours and
minutes to left , ancestor, right or result source file
dates. You can use this feature when any of
the root folder is located on a computer
using a different time zone.
When specified, the time zone adjustment will be applied on
all file modification dates before checking the date
filters.
This option can be used either to adjust time zones or to
compensate a time difference between two servers.
