We are so sure of the quality of our software that we offer 30-day refund policy. Just one condition, tell us why the software does not fit your needs together with your refund request. It will let us improve the software and maybe fix your problem and save you the effort to find another software.
European Union VAT
VAT (Value Added Tax) is applicable to your purchase if you declare you are based in Country which is a member of the European Union.
20 % is the Standard VAT rate applicable to the sales of digital goods in France which is the country where Ellié Computing is based.

Buying without VAT?
- Sales to customers outside of the European Union are exempt from VAT
- Your company is located in a country which is a member of the European Union and you have a valid company VAT number
For the second case, you just need to
create an account on our website and send us a message with your VAT number. We will validate it and register it, so that all orders processed with the website account will not contain the VAT charge.
